Ummmm….. Bacon……

yes, heres a great one to try out this weekend for all you bacon lovers.

Start with a nice piece of tenderloin and a package of bacon.

Lay out some foil.

Lay a couple piece on the bottom to over lap and wrap around the end.

then start to wrap around the length of the tenderloin.

Try to seal it in and leave no spaces…

Now once the tenderloin is sealed in bacon, tent your foil around it to cover it for the first half of the cooking.

Next toss it in the oven around 400′ for about 20min.

once you think you meat is cooked, unwrap the foil carefully!!

set it back in the oven and turn on the broil, but be careful.

after a few min, keep an eye on it, the top will start to get crispy, at this point I took it out drained off the liquids and grease, then flipped the whole thing and put it back under the broiler, this keeps the side you just crisped up crispy while you get the underside of the bacon nice and crispy.

When you have your meat as crispy as you would like, take it out and let it settle for a few min before slicing it and portioning it out into your meals.
