Breakfast….. yeh you should eat it!
If your not waking up hungry, happy, horny and feeling healthy, you need to assess your lifestyle and get with the program! Heres a nice little meal prep recipe I came up with myself to help me get to the gym and have the door open and not have to worry about cooking my meal first thing in the morning.
your going to need some eggs, sausage, kale and or spinach, and anything else you may want to toss in the mix, mushrooms and other veggies like peppers may be a good go to for some of you, peppers don’t always agree with me so I don’t tend to eat them often. Do what works best for YOU.

There ya go guys, very simple and I’m set for 4 mornings to wake up and kick the day right in Yahoo… you can take this a step further and break down your perfect portion size thats dialled into your macros specifically.
This meal is made for me and my specific need and what works best for my old beaten and battered gut, so remember, if you want to change it up a bit and make it yours I strongly suggest you do, this is just a guild to show you how easy it is.
