Probably the most basic meal that provides everything you need, and if your no stranger to meal prepping or have done strict regiments before you are more than familiar with Chicken and Rice…. but your 3rd meal of the day doesn’t have to scrape the wind pipe on the way heres how I keep things interesting..

garlic chicken and Montreal spiced chicken,  for the garlic chicken, I used a garlic pure and smothered the entire breast, you could add some salt and pepper as well, I just used plain garlic.

and thats that, I let the chicken cool down a bit and then sliced it and measured out my portions and used frozen broccoli for my veggie... simple is an under statement.

For this meal its all about the basics, ¬†anyone can make this one up, and if you like a different veggie then use something else, nothing is easier than that. I can eat these cold, but prefer them hot so I will microwave them for about 3min when its meal time. Some brands of frozen veggies are a bit nicer than others, the ones I used on this particular day were Green Giant and personally I have had better luck with the no name presidents choice ones, but it may take you a couple times around to figure out what you really like…

Try it out, worst case you have to put some hot sauce or honey mustard on the chicken because you dried it out… just chalk it up as a learning experience and move onward..
